Packaging Error

I’m getting an error packaging a level. The part that gets me is I don’t know what the error means or what it implies me to do to fix it. Wondering if you guys have any pointers?
I’m seeing words ‘LoadedWorld’ So I’m guessing that has something to do with the level streaming…

You guys have any ideas?

I’m officially lost on this one, the errors are giving me very little to work with. It’s like telling me that an error stops the packaging but the error isn’t clear on how to fix it…
Would love to have some help on this one…

I’m going to try packaging each level individually. See if I can find the culprit that way.
There’s a total of 10 levels, so I’ll do one at a time and hopefully that’ll narrow it down.

One of the main errors starts with this:

UATHelper: Packaging (Windows (64-bit)): error: function ‘GetModifiedWConfigurationView’ redefined

UATHelper: Packaging (Windows (64-bit)): error: function ‘VRProjMapViewRectToRenderTargetInternal’ redefined

yea i got one of those 2 but cant make a thread

it actually told me i needed visual studio installed when its already installed. i made a blank project nothing included and packaged and ran it just fine. then opened the same project and activated the web browser plugin and packaging failed. this is a old issue i noticed google had many reports of this. it wont even work on windows 7 which is just insane. google shows things from 2016 on the subject… its almost 2019

this is why people leave unreal and go back to unity. if i wanted broken stuff theres just more of it with unity. the unreal market could be closed and nobody would ever notice. you better pray every one never grows sick of fortnight and the lack of revenue forces you to fix things. laugh but companies are evaluated by growth. nowhere to go but down now . if your in a decline cycle its just another icarus story

the only reason i complain is i had to install microsoft visual studio. but now that i started i will spread that stupid fortnight dance vid clip all over the place relabeled as other things with different thumbnails and a caption that reads fortnight dance party. thats right im going to rickroll people with those stupid kids dancing. you wont have any users old enough to pay for anything after i post it as a response vid across youtube. thats right some one made some stupid recipe bam those dumb kids dancing as a response . some one is playing something else idc heres that stupid vid with a new thumbnail. i got a number of gmail accounts and no job. never underestimate what 1 guy with nothing but time can do. im uninstalling unreal good day

So after a little investigating, I found I had a few experimental features turned on in the Project Settings
These are things like Vulkan support

Another big issue was unable to cook and save packages because the file directory was too long, so I relocated the project to a place where it wasn't so long.

I managed to get those out of the way. The first critical error that I'm lost on is now about
Assertion failed: LoadedWorld [File:D:\UE4VR4.18\Engine\Source\Runtime\Engine\Private\LevelActor.cpp]

Does this mean an actor in the level is the cause of all this?
