Ragdoll get up without root bone problem

In video [Animation Pose Snapshot | Live Training | Unreal Engine][1] on 20th minute they modify root bone in physics asset, my problem is that my character doesn’t have root bone.

They said(and i saw on other videos) that there’s a other way to do this(to attach capsule again and set location and rotation for mesh) so i tried this

and it didn’t work like it should.

I thought i made a mistake somewhere else bcs their video is an 1 hour long… so i downloaded their own project and disabled root bone and attached mesh to capsule… and got same problem like on my project that look like this [link to video][3]

is there someone who had this problem and solved it or someone who know how to fix this ??
