Unreal Engine Crashes

Hi,

I’m trying to use the Unreal engine, it constantly has been crashing on me since the beginning randomly. Now it crashes most of the time. I send a “report” in every time. But I don’t think they respond to them on a case by case basis.

Is there any reason this would be happening? I already tried uninstall and reinstall.

My Laptop,

Unreal Version 4.20.3
Video Card Driver is up to date.

Any ideas as to why that would be happening?
