how do i get rid off the horizontal lines in my custom clouds for BP_Sky_Sphere

So what ive don was made my own custom clouds using photoshop and i added them to the Sky Sphere Blueprint that UE4 provides replacing the ones originally there, i like the clouds i made but the result in the sky sphere look like poop. i was hoping some one could help me understand why it does this, also note is a 4000x4000pxl image and i thought with such a high resolution it would look better than the standard cloud image provided which is 2048x2048. idk if this information is useful but in the second picture it shows where i plugged my texture into. the path of the BP shown is “Engine Content>EngineSky>M_Sky_Panning_Clouds2”

Have you tried converting to 2048x2048?
Check your texture asset’s compression and mipmapping settings too.
