So the rundown of my situation is as follows:
Any game I play that runs the Unreal Engine on Steam or any other platform has no sound.
I tried to do the following:
-verifying game cache
-reinstalling games
-Updating sound drivers including my motherboard’s sound driver
-messing with sound settings
-updating windows.
None of the above strategies worked so I came here for any help that could be offered. I wasn’t able to find anyone else with my issue online so I assumed this place would be the best place to go for troubleshooting/advice on how to fix it.
