I dragged some tabs around by accident and made a mess of my blueprint screen. I have tried resetting the layout, manually rearranging and then saving it as a layout, and reinstalling Unreal engine. Still no luck though. It appears this way on every project I have.
Can you delete Saved/Intermediate folder and try again?
