Building lighting broke my materials?

I have Mac OS 10.13.6 and UE4.19.2 playing around with Infinity Blade’s Grasslands pack. All of my materials were working and showing up, but when I started building lights my materials broke. This is an example of one of the materials that broke:

There are about 6 other meshes with similar materials that are showing the same errors.

I tried setting my max metal shader to v2.0 for mac OS 10.13+, but my project wouldn’t reload, so I deleted those configs.
