Help with Mixed Reality Capture (MRC)

I have been following these instructions (https://docs.unrealengine.com/en-US/Platforms/MR/MRQuickStart) to try and setup a UE4 project to do mixed reality capture like on the weather channel videos.

I get as far as stage 4 but I don’t know what to do next. Some of the previous comments I have read make it sound like their should be additonal content in the contents folder…? Do I need to write any blueprints or should it just start working?

Any help much appreciated…

I have got a little bit further and managed to add a Mixed Reality Capture Actor from the objects panel on the left. I have dropped this into the game and when I preview game in VR mode I then get a video overlay which pretty much fills the screen. I am unable to change the composite mode which I pressume would allow me to put the object infront on the video feed…
