Unloaded streaming level still casts lights

While I travel between levels (via LevelStreamingVolumes or via manual Load/UnloadStreamLevel in Blueprint) sometimes I got strange lighting bug. In next streamed level I got combined lighting with previous (but previous level is unloaded from world - I can’t see geometry of this level). How to resolve that? Manually destroy lighting before unload level?

Also I think also Reflection Captures wrong in this case…
And it happens irregulary: 50/50
