Can Event Dispatchers Have Outputs?

Can event dispatchers have outputs? Don`t see the option in the panels. It would be really convenient if I can enable outputs for some event dispatchers.

What I mean is not the outputs of the events that are bound to an event dispatcher, but rather, the outputs of the event dispatcher itself.

Whenever you call the dispatcher, this is the very data it outputs. Other than that, I do not understand what you mean. How would it work otherwise? You call the dispatcher and what happens apart from delegates execution.
