RGB problem in ue4 as well as in project?

Hi,
i had made a simple project as you may seen in picture but after some time my project was showing me RGB colour. and when i am opening UE4 4.19 software there is also my file is showing me RGB.
i did not understand what happened

it looks like you turned on the 3d view option. i dont remember where the option is but it should be something like stereoscopic or something idk. seen posts on it before though.
