Zoom to fit Vertically in a UMG animation timeline ends with wrong zoom

Hello,

Since I moved my project to 4.20 from 4.18 I have this issue that keeps bothering me and is being annoying to work with.

I have a UMG animation, and when I select the points and select zoom to fit horizontally it zooms the timeline so only those 2 points fit inside the timeline window. So far so good.

But when I press zoom to fit vertically right after, the vertical points get even more squished. And it’s hard to modify the tangent curves to my liking with this small reduces precision.

And if I try to zoom in with control + mousewheel or alt + mousewheel, the zoom in is plane locked, so I can’t just zoom in vertically in.

Anyone got a workaround for this issue?

Thanks

My workaround is:

  1. Manually zoom out extremely (until both keys are near together)
  2. Click on “Zoom to Fit - Vertical” button
  3. Manually zoom in to the curve - now you can edit the tangents
