Packaging failed in development mode

My packaging is failing when I m using development option but it is successfully packaging in the shipping option.
I wanted to see why my AI is not working in the build, while it is running in the editor.
i checked up dynamic setting in navigation mesh and rebuild on load.

XD…i just cast the controller in the AI character blueprint and set run behavior tree from there it worked…like wtf…i previously did run behavior tree from the event begin to play in the controller.but it still doesn’t package in the development mode, it works fine in the shipment setting.
