is there any site where i will easily purchase rigged character as requirement and compatible with ue4
where i can use those character as a player.
Try the Maximo Fuse marketplace.
As a subscriber, you can also use the 15 animations that Maximo have given to UE4, which you can download through the UE launcher.
(Currently the character creator, Fuse 1.0, is on sale on Steam: 50% off Fuse on Steam, or you can try the free demo. This way, you can build your own, and get them auto-rigged on the maximo.com website, two free per week).
There are others, of course, but Maximo have free animations, and are already involved with UE4.
