In this page i cant download ParticleExamples.rar by clicking it. I had to right click and select “Download with IDM” to download the file. After download, file has the extension .htm but can be opened and extracted with 7zip.

I have investigated this issue and this is caused by a web browser error. You can save the file still by right-clicking the link and doing a “Save Link As”. If this does not work, please let me know.

In my case this works. By the way, I also get this problem at the old UDN when I try to download something there e.g UDK | UDKCustomCharacters
