I can't seem to import my mesh/skeleton

I’m trying to export a character from blender to UE but its not working, Ive tried to watch tutorials but it still doesnt work

Can anyone tell me how to import Blender projects into UE please?

what kind of error you get in ue4? Are you trying to import skeletal mesh or just animaton ?

So what kind of error u get in unreal? and are you using fbx for export from blender?

The Problem was is I not all my bones was connected properly, I had to remake the skeleton but I learnt how the armature works in Blender (kinda haha)

Since my bones werent properly connected it counted as seperate roots and as seen in 1.PNG, it talks about ‘multiple roots’ and how it doesnt support it, which I believe is what its talking about, and what I mentioned before about the bones being not connected so mustve counted as seperate ‘roots’

I hope people can understand this but im bad at explaining and not very experienced myself but I hope they get atleast a vague idea what I mean :slight_smile:

Make a new Folder, import the mesh in that folder. Always works for me, hope it’ll work for you too. :slight_smile:
