Baking normal map (shaders)'s gone wrong

Hello,
Why when I send the model from unreal to substance painter without bones it bakes the maps correctly, but when I send it rigged with bones the normal map and other maps (specifically the normal map) get(s) messy.

On the left side the Model without bones: normal map looks clean, flawless.

On the right side same model but rigged with bones: incoherent baking of normals and strange objects appear

Here’s the difference between the two

on the left side model definitely looks better
