What happened to Scaleform integration? And is there a similar alternative?

Hello!

I’m a small time designer/ animator who really enjoyed using Scaleform in UE3, but jumped straight into UE4 without realising it’s since been removed.

I animate primarily in Flash and loved the ability to (somewhat) seamlessly throw in my UI/ character animations in the same afternoon. Is there anyway I can continue to do so without getting a headache? And if it means keeping my swfs as they are, I’d be incredibly grateful to know how.

Scaleform is a third-party tool that we moved away from so that we could create our own internal UI solutions. Please take a look at our new UMG features:

Not out of the box I’m afraid, but there are community solutions and Autodesk provides some integration
