Regarding the EULA

I am just about half way into my indie game.
I’ve read the Release & Royalty Tracking Guidelines and I have a question about the EULA.

Do I need a lawyer for this?
And can I just add the EULA as a widget when a player start the game?

Hi there, we aren’t really allowed to provide you legal advice with respect to how you implement and enforce your EULA. With that said, many software companies present the EULA as a pop-up that must be accepted in order to continue installation or in order to launch the game for the first time.
