Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Cook: LogOutputDevice: Error

Hey community,

I have a packaging error since I switched with a Project from 4.16 to 4.17. It cooked properly in 4.16 and since 4.17 it gives me these LogOutputDevice Errors and the build fails.

I am slowly despairing. Here are the log files. Can anyone please help?

Thank you so much.

Okay, I fixed it. It costs me 5 hours to find this error. Imagine you have compiling errors which are not displayed as compiling errors.

It was an event dispatcher bind inside of a function which had a wrong delegate input. I deleted the input and dragged a new delegate in and it worked. It seems, that the engine doesn't tell you, if it has a problem with it and it doesn't throw compiling errors.

So its fixed.
