Why is my Launch button flickering?

I have this strange issue in 4.21 where my launch button is flickering, only ever happened in this project, no errors btw, and I am unsure what to do…

Anyone? same here on 4.23. Trying to connect an Oculus Quest. It used to work on this very project, then failed. Changed the USB cable, same issue, so probably not hardware related. The device is recognised when doing adb devices on the command line (windows)

Ok… I had two instances of Unreal running: one was 4.20, the other 4.23, closing both instances and restarting the one I needed did the trick for me
