Cloth does not collide with environment

Hey,

I’m using Cloth in Unreal for the first time, and I’m having trouble making my characters cape properly react with the world and sometimes the character in general.

So I used the Cloth paint tool on my characters cape and put a version of her without the cape, as the physics asset. This made the cape not go through the character when she moves sometimes, but not all the time. Some movements seem to be too extreme for it and her limbs go through the cape.

Also, I activated collide with environment and collide with attached children, to try to prevent her cape from going through walls, doors, the floor, etc, but it does not seem to do anything.

Any suggestions on how to reduce or completely eliminate the cape going through the environment and not properly colliding with the character?

(Ps: this is for a film created in Unreal with the sequencer and not a game, in case that is useful information)
