GetReferenceNearestTargetFrameworkTask (Unreal Tournament)

Hi,

i came across this problem, when i wanted to compile the “UnrealSwarm.sln” for “Unreal Tournament” (GitHub).
Thanks to THIS POST, i’ve installed the “nuGet Package Manager” from within VS2017 and it compiled as it should.

(I hope, that Unreal Tournament will get new attention due to the start of the Epic Store)

Turns out, that you need VS2015 to compile Unreal Tournament.
Please Epic, do what it needs, so that it can be compiled in VS2017.
