Reimporting brokes mesh

Hi, I want to add clothes to character and I use “Set master pose component”. I am using a shirt but I need to change weights because it doesnt look good in some animations. So after I do that and I reimport it looks like this. The bones are the same. What’s causing this ? Thankyou

That website looks like scam, though I havent accesed it. I was hoping someone knows how to fix that problem, maybe I did something wrong when importing.
