Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Moving the player when a key is pressed

So I'm trying to make a game where the player has a set path they can go down but I want the camera to work in a specific way.

what I want the camera to do is to smoothly move to a specific point when a button is pressed (w) and then stop.

An example I can give is with a Five Nights at Freddy's fan game. Those Nights at Rachel's, when the character turns around they can press W and move to the room behind them and then when they press S they move back to their original post.

If someone can help me or give me some tutorials to help get this done that will be very useful thanks.

never played five nights, so I'm not really sure the kind of movement you're going for. you could use one of the interp nodes or a timeline to transition to and from various transforms.

Have you got anything I can go off of like a tutorial or examples? Just so I can get started
