Is there a way to set resolution at launch based on monitor resolution?

Question in the title. Essentially, when I launch my game on different monitors with vary resolutions, I get some weird results. It’s from the fact that I have hardcoded my resolution. Is there any way that I can make the launch resolution adapt on launch?
