How do I do a smooth transition from a Cinematic Sequencer camera to the Player camera?

How do I do a smooth transition from a Cinematic Sequencer camera to the Player camera?

Specifically, this seems like it was easier with Matinee. In Matinee, you put a keyframe/marker at the end of the Director track, and assign it a Transition Time by right clicking it. That transition time creates a smooth animated lerp from the end of the cinematic to the player camera.

In Sequencer, I can’t see how to do the same thing and I haven’t been able to find any documentation on it. Thanks if you can answer this.
