Packeging with nativization fails

I am trying to package any of my projects with nativization.

Currently testing one of the simplest - bare 4.21, no plugins.

Project is packaging fine without nativization but when I turn it on (Inclusive with no BP added to list) I’ve got such error:

I forgot to mention - Clean project is packaging fine it this way
