Skeleton of mixamo invisible character in android

Good morning, I have a problem, I have made a model with blender, I have uploaded it to the web of mixamo and I have done autorig.
The model works very well, all the animations, all incredible, the problem is when I put the game in mobile mode.
The character is invisible, I can use it, as if it were there, but it is invisible, I have seen that in mobile it is limited to 75 bones per model, but the skeleton of mixamo is less than 75, I do not understand why this happens.
I tried to place the model without skeleton to see if it was a problem of the model, and it works, but when using skeleton of mixamo it is invisible.

I have tried with the skeleton of 25 bones, the simplest of mixamo and if it works, will they fix this?

Same problem here. Someone please help, for the love of god! Have you had news about this issue? I’m using a mixamo default character (around 20k vertices) and and my character looks invisible running in Android (Zenfone3). I put the materials only with the base color texture, with no normal maps or metallic or roughness parameters and nothing fixes it…
There is nothing wrong, apparently (according to the mesh and material limitations written at the engine docs), with the mesh and materials…

Same here bro, I tried mixamo and not mixamo characters and all of them are meeting the requirements of trying them on android platforms, but none of them appear… all of them are invisible… this is silly lots of people are having the same problem but no there is no fix from UE… If you find any please let me know bro
