Viewport lighting different from packaged lighting

Hello all,

I have a drastically different view in my viewport and in my packaged running level. I did messed around with lightmaps because I didn’t know how to make a night scene but I have no light build errors related to this. Can anyone direct me to the setting that is resulting this?:
