Visit any question on AnswerHub right now (for example, [this one][1]) and now arrows appear to vote up or down.
Chrome’s javascript console shows the following errors:
www.googletagmanager.com/gtm.js?id=GTM-KWRD6D:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
vote-arrow-up.png:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
vote-arrow-down.png:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
vote-arrow-up-on.png:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
vote-arrow-down-on.png:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
I reproduced this problem in Chrome on Windows 10 with no plugins enabled and also Edge.
