Error when trying to cook for windows

Hi, so recently my project had been working fine, until I attempted to change the title of the project. Ever since Ive been getting this error when trying to cook for windows. Previously when Ive had problems with the Project.Target file it could be resolved by just deleting it and allowing the project to make a new one. Doesnt appear to be the case this time. Please help.
