Epic launcher keeps on crashing (wont open)

So my epic games launcher keep crashing is it because my specs are to low?
specs

Intel Pentium Sliver N5000 and 4gbs or ram and I belive I have Intel Graphics 605 I think 605 or 505 cant remember.
