Scaling down bone size but physics shape is still same even though it shows it's small? [BUG]

Hello everyone,

I have a skeletal mesh and its PhAT data. When I change size of a specific bone at runtime using the “Modify Bone”, the mesh is affected but the size of the physics shape still responses as if it is in default scale. When I check the “Show Collision” tab, I can see that the physics shape is too small. It shouldn’t response when I do a line trace. Is this a bug? Or am I doing something wrong?

As it can be seen from the picture, the red square demonstrates the size of the physics shape after scaling down the bone; and the blue square demonstrates where the line trace hits.
