Black spots appearing

Hi, I made a static mesh of a couch and a table in blender exported it to unreal. But when I built the lighting, black spot apper in some places of the static mech, after made a good uv map(I think that after watching hours and hours of videos on YouTube) the static mesh improved but it did not clean everythin, the same thing happened with a wall I made in 3dsMax. I tried to do the lightMaps manually but it gave the same result. I do not know if the lightmaps have to go in the same direction where they get light or something like that or its maybe something that i have to configure in unreal.
