Help: How to make a see through fence with these textures?
Create a new empty material, set its type to Masked; the first image goes into the Mask pin, the second — into the Base Color, the third and fourth into the Normal and the Specular pins respectively. There you go, see-through material ready.
Add UV Texture Coordinates node and connect it to all four textures to tile the material to your liking.
Or to achieve consistency, use the Object Scale node for your mesh cells to be the same size regardless the fence length/height.
