Spotlights in Orthographic getting Cut to peices

So Im trying to set up Paper2D to work nicely with lighting on UE4.18.3 since thats the only version that really works for Paper2D games from what Im told.

The issue here is when the players camera gets further away from the light it gets oddly blocked out when in Orthographic view, where positions dont really matter.
Even if I press the camera right up to where the light is hitting you still see minor errors in the light.
Additionally this issue isnt visible when outside of playtesting and happens before and after having lighting built and Mobility set to all types.

Is there a known way to fix this? After hours of searching and random trial and error I honestly couldn’t find an answer- only similar questions.

After talking to the Siege and the Sand Fox devs Ive been told you can almost fix the issue by moving spotlights away from the tilemaps and tweaking your Cameras Ortho Near Clip. Its not perfect sadly and sharper lights will still show the blocky cuts.
