Hey, I’m new at this, first time using UE4 but I’m having some problems. Everytime I interact with anything in the UE4 UI the engine crashes. Just by passing the cursor throught the icons is causing crashs. The log is:

Hey I have nearly the same error but it in combination with dircetx 12 and not directx 11 and the fix you have sent isn’t working for me because i don’t even have an Intel HD graphics. I only have my graphics card in the device manager.

Has anyone else an fix for it?

Greetings

Have you found a fix for this? I’m encountering same issue with 4.22.3 latest version so far…

Same here, except it says line 25

Thank you bro, this worked for me. 2 days of searching, you are my hero

Same with 4.23.1
Do you guys use VR in your game?

im also getting this in my VR game as of 4.23.1

I’m having this error. I’ve been encountering it when I try to package my game. I know that this is a DirectX error. But I have no idea how to solve it. Should I try using DX11 instead of 12?

You may not be able to properly diagnose and detect whether it is an asset or driver, what worked for me was going in to my Saved\Backup and replacing my main map with the last saved. That worked for me, i basically reverted to the last couple of backups and did not have the issue again. Hope it helps

Hey, if you build lights in your map (even if it doesn’t have to be, could you still do it?).
can you then pack the game, or will the error come back?

The UE4-Ranch_Simulator Game has crashed and will close LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line:671] hr failed at E:/UnrealEngine-release/Engine/Source/Runtime/D3D12RHI/Privet/D3D12Resources.cpp:413 with error DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED with Reasone: DXGI_ERROR_DRIVE_INTERNAL_ERROR

can’t find a solution please help me to start the game. I’ve try it so much time but didn’t worked.

To do this, go to Nvidia’s website and download the latest driver. Choose to remove the previous driver while installing the new driver.
