World composition - how to change scale and location on Z axis

After reading all i could find on answer hub about world comp, i didn’t find anything regarding how to change scale and location on Z axis. There is an option - Position - in level details and if type in z a number the landscape will shifts on that distance, BUT!!! It does shifts back to 0 after in editor, and in game it doesnt work as expected either, but in level details it still shows this number when meanwhile it’s Z location is 0

  1. load world main level

  2. load sublevel and in level details type any number in field position Z ( f.e. 300) -you will see that landscape will go up from 0 to 300 units on Z axis

  3. save all

  4. load this level separetly( for whom you adjusted z position in WC lvl details)\

  5. place some ators\meshes in it save it

  6. load the main world level and then load this sublevel in it
