Landscape LOD popping when viewed through translucent material

Hi all,

I’m running into an issue where my landscape mesh keeps popping between LODs when I’m in the cockpit view. When I view through the external camera, the landscape is solid and does not exhibit any issues, but when I switch to the internal camera, where I am looking through a translucent material cockpit (with some edge dirt smudge textures on it) the landscape LOD pops and flickers.

Wondering if anyone else has run into it and suggestions on how to fix for the short-term. I’m still in 4.19 since I am about to ship this, but have tried the same project in 4.20 and 4.21 and the problem is still present.
