An employee purchased some assets for a game we are working on in our company.
He bought them under his name and not the company.
are there any ramifications for doing this?
if we have someone else working on the same game can they use the same assets?
can the employee revoke our companies usage for the game if they go awol or something?
If the creator of the assets sees our game and notices his assets being used but one of our employees purchased them, are we safe?
any other potential issues?
