Can i use paragon assets in a film?

im making a short film in unreal engine, i want to know if i can use the paragon assets in this film? can i modificate some of them? is this legal?

Unfortunately, Paragon assets cannot be used in films as they are UE-Only content:

For UE-Only Content, you may exercise your rights under the License only if and to the extent that the UE-Only Content is utilized in combination with the Engine Code. For example, you may not develop or Distribute a Product that consists of or contains UE-Only Content but does not contain and require the Engine Code (including as modified by you under the License) for its use.
