i have 3 items to restore. I did all possible way to restore it but I’m failed

But this solution checks only a identifier name.
If user canceled a purchase, It can be confused with not canceled one.
Is there any solution for this situation?

if user canceled the purchase so google play store remove the item from user account purchase history . so when user click for restore its check the purchase history if the item is available the the code will execute to true and unlock the item (save) other wise false
you can see the unreal match 3 project . The same method they used but there is just for one item. here is for multi items.
Like 8 ball pool game, can we create a game like that where players can play matches with money and if they win, they can transfer money from game to their account. Does this possible?

yes this is possible but 8 ball is multiplayer game so you need server to manage that.

Small doubt. For multi-player games do we need server or we can directly publish in Google Play. You said need server for multi-player. Is it for money transactioions or for publishing game on play store. I am just gathering information about all these stuff because I am new to this game development
