International key input freeze.

Well whenever we type in foreign key from international keyboard, unreal throw out this error.

The game then freeze for like 5 seconds. Is there anyway to prevent this from happening?

There's also a similar case with russian character set. Here's a ticket on that issue: https://issues.unrealengine.com/issue/UE-64795

Isn't that what https://issues.unrealengine.com/issue/UE-64795 is?

I've submit numerous tickets. None of which are answered.. :/
