How to version UE4 with iOS configurations?

I successfully ran a build on a Windows machine that uses a remote MAC to compile the project.
I’d like to push all the necessary files and settings to version control for the engine:

  • Remote Server IP
  • Remote Server Name
  • p12 file
  • mobileprovisioning file

Since I don’t know and could not find what either import processes did (from within the Engine or using IPhonePackager), I have no idea what has to be changed to contain it all with the engine.
