    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

You may use the Unreal Engine freely as a student. We do not require any student identification. (the engine is free for everyone to use)

As an Architecture student, I recommend you choose the Unreal Studio beta. This includes the Unreal Engine, but also includes additional features for those in the non-games industries. Again, it is free to use, and as a student, you will not be selling and distributing your project for sale anyway.

You can review the Unreal Studio EULA here: https://www.unrealengine.com/en-US/studio/eula

You can join the Unreal Studio beta here: https://www.unrealengine.com/en-US/studio

Cheers

Hi! I was wondering why are you using UE 4.21 for your architectural projects? There are a lot of great software programmes like Autodesk Revit and Autodesk 3ds MAX. You can create your structure in Revit, then you can export it to 3ds MAX and make rendering with V-Ray or Corona. However, if you still want to use UE student license, I think that activation goes the same as Autodesk student version. You just need to provide some info, and you will get the activation code on your mail. I was also studying architecture, but now I work as a writer. And there are a lot of different apps and software for writers. But I use EduBirdie website because it's a great alternative to many others. So, there are a lot of alternatives you can use for better performance.

@janenall What does EduBirdie have anything to do with the OP's question? Please make a sensible explanation because your post really looks like an ad spam.

@beppedealwithit as far as i know you can freely use UE4 for archviz projects.
