Can't scale down collision bodies in PhysicsAsset

I make models in Blender and import them as skeletalMesh in UE. I want to make the cloth collide with the mesh body so I went to PhysicsAsset and found out the collision bodies were too big .I tried to scale them down but it don’t work then I deleted them and created new ones and they were super huge when they were just created ,about 30 times the size of the character.I can scale them down to the previous size but still too big .I did check to apply scales in Blender to 1 before export so I’m really confused coz this problem stuck in my way for almost a month.I beg for helps

Same problem with me, except my mesh was from 3dsMax.
