VR Teleportation Fails on Build

Hi.

This should be a simple Fix. I can use VR Teleportation BP perfectly well in the Unreal Engine; however, when I build the included Locomotion Map to Windows 64, I am unable to teleport and do not see the glowing target cylinder.

Key commands work fine on build so I know something is right. Also, I am NOT using the touch controllers, but rather a gamepad; however, this works fine in the UE4 editor.
