clang++.exe Error when compiling an android app for Oculus Go

Hello,

a collegue and I have to develop an VR-App for the Oculus Go. The app already exists as an default android app, which we allready developed for the Galaxyx s8 with android Oreo. The app was finalised in may 2018.
Last week we started with the port for the Oculus Go. First we downloaded the newes Version of Unreal (4.21.2) and tried to build the App so that we could sideload it via ADB-Shell on the Oculus Go. But the buildporcces allways fails with the following errors:

We already tried to reinstall all contend of the NVPACK like Gradle and ant. But we still get the same Errors.
Has anyone experienced the same Problem with the newer Versions and could provide a solution for our Problem.
