wmr with steamvr only use quarter of screen

I did nothing special, just opened the default vr template(in 4.21.2, clicked “Play this level in vr” and that’s what I get:

I tried starting from zero and just adding vr support but I am also getting this, I know about windows mixed reality native plugin but I want to use steamvr

I just find out its probably a bug with wmr simulator someone else was able to reproduce it
